Java Jones, LLC Refund & Replacement Policy
Our 30-Day Guarantee (Refunds Only)
We stand by the quality of our fresh-roasted coffee. We offer a 30-day guarantee, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to contact us regarding any issue that qualifies for a refund or replacement.
No Returns Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our products and our fulfillment process, we do not accept returns of coffee or tea products. Please do not attempt to send your purchase back to us or to the fulfillment address.
Damages, Defects, and Wrong Items (Eligible for Refund/Replacement)
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us right away at javajones01@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To qualify for a fast refund or replacement, we require:

Proof of Purchase (receipt or order number).

Detailed Photo Evidence that clearly shows the issue. The photo evidence must include the following for evaluation:

A clear picture of the damaged or defective product.

A picture that includes the shipping label, the external package, and the damaged product in the same frame.

A picture that includes the handwritten order number on a slip of paper visible next to the damaged product.

We will review the evidence and, if approved, will automatically issue a full refund or ship a replacement item at no cost to you.
Policy Limitations and Review
We offer a generous replacement policy; however, all claims for refunds or replacements are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Java Jones, LLC reserves the right to decline any refund or replacement request if a customer has a history of excessive or questionable claims. Any attempt to abuse this policy may result in the refusal of future service and refund requests.
Exceptions / Non-Refundable Situations
Since we do not accept physical returns, this section addresses items that are not eligible for a refund under any circumstance:

Perishable goods (coffee, tea, etc.) that are simply unwanted (buyer's remorse) or have been opened/consumed.

Sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges (Replacement Only)
Since we do not accept returns, we cannot process traditional exchanges. The fastest way to get the correct item if yours was damaged or wrong is to follow the Damages, Defects, and Wrong Items procedure above. We will send you a replacement of the correct item if approved.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your item. Since we do not accept returns, you will receive a refund upon notification, provided the item is not a Non-Refundable Situation item (such as a gift card).
Refunds
If your refund is approved based on the evidence provided (damage, defect, or wrong item), you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, please contact us at javajones01@gmail.com.
